• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During promotional periods, festive seasons, pop-up events, or sales campaigns, processing times may be longer than usual.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email or message once the order has been dispatched.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Free Delivery

Free local delivery for orders above S$150 (or such amount as stated on our website from time to time).

Express Delivery

• Available upon request and subject to courier availability.
• Additional charges may apply.

Self-Collection

Customers may choose self-collection where available.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
• House of Mahjong shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier service disruptions
• Customs clearance procedures
• High order volumes during promotions or festive periods

House of Mahjong shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Terms & Conditions for Shipping & Delivery

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered
to the specified address.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be required to pay additional redelivery charges.

Lost Parcels

• If a parcel is deemed lost by the courier:

• House of Mahjong will investigate the matter with the courier service.
• Replacement or refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Claims must be reported within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

Damaged Items

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Provide photographs of:

• The damaged item
• Packaging materials
• Shipping label

Failure to provide evidence within the stated timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation.

Force Majeure

House of Mahjong shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics,
strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or acts of God.

House of Mahjong reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy and Terms &
Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
